April 2nd 2017 - 31st October 2017 Exhibition at Kelmarsh Hall MacDonald Gill: Charting his Age includes poster maps, painted maps and graphic work.  Check on the website for opening days/times.  The exhibition is on the first floor, only accessible by stairs.

Saturday 28th October. A talk on 'Nursery Rhymes of London Town' (a book of nonsense poems written by Eleanor Farjeon and illustrated by Max Gill) by Anne Harvey and Caroline Walker for the Children's Books' History Society at the Church of Scotland Crown Court Church, Russell Street, Covent Garden WC2B 5EZ.  This is one of several talks during a study day on 'Nursery Rhymes'.  For details ring: 020 7836 5643 or email: office@crowncourtchurch.org.uk

May 2016 - May 2017  The Map and Atlas Museum of La Jolla in California is showing 'Art Meets Cartography: The World of MacDonald Gill', an exhibition of recently acquired Max Gill posters, alongside a selection of American pictorial maps.  http://www.lajollamapmuseum.org

July 22nd 2016 - April 3rd 2017 The National Library of Scotland exhibition 'You are Here: a journey through maps' includes the Cable and Wireless Great Circle map in the “world” section.  NLoS, George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1EW.  www.nls.uk

November 4th 2016 - March 1st 2017 The British Library exhibition 'Maps of the 20th Century: Drawing the Line'  shows the Great Circle and the Atlantic Charter maps.  www.bl.uk
